1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Inverness is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We provide online consultation and prescription weight loss treatments to patients in Inverness and across the UK.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to decline any order or registration where eligibility criteria are not met or where we believe it would not be clinically appropriate to proceed. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Approval

All prescription treatments dispensed through our pharmacy require approval by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists following a clinical review of your online consultation.

Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or recommend an alternative course of action based on clinical judgement.

Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK law and are valid only for the medication, dosage, and quantity specified. It is your responsibility to follow all instructions provided with your medication.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).

If your consultation is not approved by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems. All payment data is handled securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day via a tracked, discreet delivery service.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at the details provided on our website so we can investigate.

6. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order at any time before clinical approval and receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK law.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Privacy and Data Enquiries

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our pharmacy services.
